1. Disconnect Google
You can stop future Google access by opening the connections page in your Google Account and removing Knot access. Revoking Google authorization does not automatically delete records needed for your Knot account or business documents entered by your organization. Submit the request below to complete deletion.
2. Submit a deletion request
Email support@knot-sys.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Knot Data Deletion Request.” Include the registered email, company or store name, and account identifier if available. State whether you request deletion of an individual account or an entire company workspace. Workspace deletion requires proof of owner or authorized administrator status.
3. Verification and completion
We confirm receipt and use proportionate steps to verify identity and authority. After verification, we distinguish information controlled by Knot from information controlled by the subscribing business, delete or de-identify eligible information, and confirm completion.
4. Information covered
A request may cover profile details, authentication and provider-link identifiers, sessions, consent history, notification devices, and usage records directly linked to the user. Business-record scope depends on workspace ownership, authorization, and legal obligations.
5. Information we may retain
We may retain the minimum information legally or financially required, necessary to protect claims or prevent fraud, or held in a restricted backup until its deletion cycle expires. Where possible, retained information is separated from normal use or de-identified.
6. Withdraw analytics only
If you only want to stop analytics, choose “Essential only” in the consent center. You may also ask the privacy team to remove an analytics visitor record using its identifier.
7. Contact
Privacy requests can be sent to support@knot-sys.com. Never include a password, verification code, or card details in your request.
